OC judge denies motions to dismiss crosswalk negligence case

SANTA ANA — An Orange County judge denied four summary judgment motions Thursday by three defendants seeking to dismiss negligence claims in a case where a young girl was rendered disabled when struck by a car as she crossed the street to school.
