LOS ANGELES — Alejandro N. Mayorkas, deputy secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, will join Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale And Dorr LLP next month, working in Washington, D.C. and also building the West Coast client base, the firm announced Wednesday.
