Wells Fargo sales employees file class action

A group of Wells Fargo & Co. sales employees filed a class action Thursday in San Francisco federal court alleging the bank failed to pay them for overtime, provide meal periods and rest breaks, or wages due at termination.

A group of Wells Fargo & Co. sales employees filed a class action Thursday in San Francisco federal court alleging the bank failed to pay them for overtime, provide meal periods and rest breaks, or wages due at termination.

The suit seeks an unspecified amount of unpaid compensation, interest, liquidated damages, restitution and available statutory penalties.
