On Sept. 19, in an article titled "8 wrongs don't make a right," Dean Erwin Chemerinsky actually admitted that the U.S. Supreme Court was "unanimously wrong."

On Sept. 19, in an article titled "8 wrongs don't make a right," Dean Erwin Chemerinsky actually admitted that the U.S. Supreme Court was "unanimously wrong" in McDonnell v.
