State Bar president pleased with his term despite challenges

David Pasternak said the bar has made significant reforms during the past year even in tough times.

David Pasternak is quick to admit his past year as State Bar president was full of difficulties for the agency, including the Legislature failing to enact a bill funding the bar and the resignation of the organization's top prosecutor amidst controversy.
