High Court To Weigh in on Prop 8 Again

The state Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to weigh in on whether proponents of Proposition 8 have legal standing to defend the same-sex marriage ban in federal court since state officials refused to do so.

The state Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to weigh in on whether proponents of Proposition 8 have legal standing to defend the same-sex marriage ban in federal court.
