The state Supreme Court signaled this week it might be ready to take a closer look at the privacy issues around jurors' Facebook postings.
The issue arose from Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Michael P. Kenny's recent order requiring a juror to turn over Facebook updates about a criminal trial on which the juror served.
