I read with great dismay a report in your newspaper ("Chief Justice to Push for Diversity in Replacing Moreno on High Court," Feb. 3) that the new Chief Justice, Tani Cantil-Sakauye, said that she would like to see the governor choose a "Latino" to replace the retiring Justice Carlos R.
