Film Financier Sees More Bankruptcy

The judge's order means that all five of David Bergstein's film companies will be in bankruptcy nearly a year after creditors began their efforts to force the entities into Chapter 11

LOS ANGELES - A judge has ordered three more film companies run by financier David Bergstein into Chapter 11 nearly a year after creditors first filed petitions seeking to force those and two other of the financier's entities into bankruptcy.
