Environmental Groups Notch Two Wins

Environmental justice groups appear to have notched two significant wins against government agencies in just over a week's time.

SAN FRANCISCO - Environmental justice groups are poised to claim two significant victories against government agencies in just over a week's time. One takes aim at the implementation of California historic greenhouse emissions law, the other at the federal government's response to air quality problems in the Los Angeles area.
