The clock is ticking for a high percentage of Howrey LLP's partnership, who have less than 20 days to decide whether to accept offers to join Winston & Strawn LLP.
A Howrey spokeswoman confirmed Tuesday that more than 75 percent of the firm's 220 partners received offers late Sunday from Chicago-based Winston. No Howrey office was excluded, including those outside of the U.S.
