Carlsbad Lawyer Named Commissioner

The judges of San Diego County Superior Court have elected Carlsbad attorney Kelly C. Doblado a commissioner.


The judges of San Diego County Superior Court have elected Carlsbad attorney Kelly C. Doblado a commissioner.


Doblado, a family-law specialist, took the oath of office Wednesday. She is 41.


A 1991 graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, Doblado worked as a paralegal while pursuing her legal education at Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She received her degree in 1999.
