The parents of Luis Dos Santos filed a lawsuit against Arnold Schwarzenegger and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Thursday, seeking to reverse the commuted sentence of Esteban Nunez, who was convicted of voluntary manslaughter in Dos Santos' death.
