OFFICE SAN RAMON - Elsevier MDL is moving its regional headquarters to 65,000 square feet of Class A space in Bishop Ranch 6. Sunset Development Co. is developing the Bishop Ranch Business Park. The tenants were represented by Scott Panzaer and Jay Seiden of Newmark Realty. The owner, Bishop Ranch, represented itself. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
