Panel Charges Ex-Jurist With Misconduct

SANTA ANA - A retired Orange County judge charged by the Commission on Judicial Performance with willful misconduct in office was dubbed "hard-working " by a three-judge panel, which found no evidence that the accused judge did anything constituting a corrupt act.
