LAPD Slapped With $20M Civil Rights Suit
A $20 million civil rights lawsuit was filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles on behalf of a Guatemalan man who claims he was beaten, robbed and terrorized by Los Angeles Police Officers Rafael Perez and Nino Durden, who are at the center of the police Rampart corruption scandal.
