Company Sues State Over Waste Dump
SAN DIEGO - In a lawsuit laden with accusations of political obstacles thrown up by the Clinton administration and Gov. Gray Davis' administration, the corporation that has long been fighting to build a low-level radioactive waste disposal facility in Ward Valley is seeking at least $162 million from the state of California.
