El Toro Airport Takes Another Step

SANTA ANA - A Los Angeles judge Thursday granted a request by Orange County lawyers to impose a temporary stay on a portion of Measure F, an action allowing the county to move forward with spending on contracts and litigation involving a proposed airport at the former El Toro Marine Base.
