FBI Arrests Man On Fraud Charges

SANTA ANA - William J. Madon, a former Coto de Caza resident, was arrested Wednesday night on securities fraud charges. He was taken into custody by FBI special agents, who tracked him to his home in Portland, where he moved earlier this year.
