Council Waives Conflicts of Interest

The Los Angeles City Council Tuesday agreed to waive conflicts of interest in certain cases for attorneys volunteering to investigate corruption in the Los Angeles Police Department.

The City Council agreed to protect from some conflicts of interest those attorneys who volunteer to investigate LAPD corruption.
