Homeowners Will Pay Insurers Costs

In a final settlement agreement, a Simi Valley condominium homeowners' association has agreed to pay State Farm Insurance Company $235,000 for court costs incurred during a trial in which the association unsuccessfully sued the insurance company for fraud.
