Here Comes the Reconsideration: Beatle George Easement-Free in Maui

The Hawaii Supreme Court has written a song for former Beatle George Harrison called, "We screwed up." The first verse is pretty catchy and goes like this, "Upon consideration of the motion for reconsideration in the matter of Clog v. Bailey , No. 18104 ... it is hereby ordered that the motion for reconsideration is granted, and this case is remanded to the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit for further proceedings." Tra-la-la-la.
