Inmate Sues Prison Over Barbers
RIVERSIDE - Don Victor Harbolt left a big tip the last time he went in for a haircut: Clean your tools better. The California state prisoner claims he contracted hepatitis C because inmate barbers did not sterilize their tools before giving him haircuts, according to a civil lawsuit he filed in December in Riverside County Superior Court.
