A vintage Financial District highrise sold for the third time in three years. Locally based Brennan Enterprises paid $26 million for the 15-story office building at 115 Sansome St.

A vintage Financial District highrise sold for the third time in three years. Locally based Brennan Enterprises paid $26 million for the 15-story office building at 115 Sansome St.
The seller was the Amstar Group, which bought the 128,000-square-foot building barely 18 months ago for an undisclosed price. It was the Denver-based company's only Bay Area property.
Amstar bought it from Greg Flynn, who acquired it 18 months earlier for $12.8 million.
