North O.C. friendly to business, but watch out for traffic fees

North Orange County is a on the whole quite friendly to business, as indicated in the 2000 Kosmont Cost of Doing Business Survey-National Online Edition . Very low property taxes in most cities, just a smattering of utility taxes, and moderate business taxes typify the region. Thirteen cities are covered here: Anaheim, Brea, Buena Park, Cypress, Fountain Valley, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Orange, Santa Ana, Tustin, Westminster and Yorba Linda.
