MAY 3, 4 & 5 Eugene E. Vollucci, director of the Center for Real Estate Studies in Palos Verdes, gives a series of two-hour seminars on "Making Money Buying and Selling Rental Property." The seminars, sponsored by Cal State Cos., will cover a range of topics including apartment financing, effective buying and selling strategies, negotiating, tax laws, and market forecasts for the Los Angeles/Orange County and other "pockets of opportunity" areas. The seminars run from 1-3 p.m.
