Suit Seeks to Stop 30-Day Limit on Motel Stays
BUENA PARK - An amended city ordinance that went into effect last December means visitors can legally overstay their welcome in Buena Park. If motel owners in the city have their way, however, an Orange County Superior Court judge will enjoin enforcement of a supposed crime control measure that limits motel stays to just 30 days.
