Thesing Is Working for the Disabled as Member of Access Board
The attorney who managed San Francisco-based Littler Mendelson for seven years until retiring in June is heading to Washington. J. Richard Thesing is a newly appointed member of the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Access Board. This group issues regulations that enforce the Americans With Disabilities Act, allowing the disabled to gain access to public accommodations.
