Commission to Depose S.D. Lawyer

SAN DIEGO - A lawyer involved in a $100 million dollar lawsuit will be interviewed next week under oath by the Commission on Judicial Performance, bringing to four the number of people known to have been questioned in a case of alleged judicial misconduct in an appeal of the lawsuit's monetary award.
