Company Takes Lead in Big Deals

Last year, Sam Francisco-based financial institution Robertson Stephens completed more than 230 public offerings worth more than $40 billion in capital. The company also conducted more than 80 mergers and acquisition valued at $50 billion, two of which became the largest underwriting in its history.
