Artists Upset Over Laguna Beach Festival Move

LAGUNA BEACH - For decades, this south Orange County seaside community of opulent resorts and hotels facing frothy waves on miles of white beach has built a reputation for rest and relaxation in an upscale setting. It also is known for hosting one of the most widely recognized outdoor art shows in the nation, where hundreds of exhibitors each summer display and sell paintings, sculptures, pastels, jewelry, stained glass and handcrafted furniture, among other items.
