DA Opposes Habeas Corpus Bid in 1993 Case

Despite a man's contention that two of the most disgraced officers in the history of the Los Angeles Police Department - Rafael A. Perez and David Mack - framed him in 1993 on drug charges, the district attorney's office is opposing his habeas corpus bid for reversal of his conviction.
