Garcetti: Rampart Charges Filed Soon

Los Angeles County District Attorney Gil Garcetti, repeatedly criticized by Los Angeles Police Chief Bernard Parks for having not yet brought any charges in the Rampart corruption scandal, said Monday that the first set of such charges may be filed by the end of the month.
