Mississippi could offer roadmap for fixing California court budget

As a law student who hopes to practice in California courts when I graduate, I was dismayed when I read about further devastating cuts to the courts in the Dec. 3 edition of the Daily Journal.

Earlier that same week, courts received the news that the governor plans to cut an additional $200 million from the court budget.
