Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC has expanded its Asia platform by opening a new office in Beijing, its third office launch in greater China in five years.

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC has expanded its Asia presence by opening a new office in Beijing, the firm announced Wednesday.


Corporate finance partner Kefei Li will head it. Li joined Wilson Sonsini last year from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, where he served as counsel.
