Kmart Corp. cashiers in Tulare will not be getting seated workstations, after a San Francisco federal judge concluded Tuesday that state law does not require it.
A class of former and current Kmart cashiers had argued that a little-tested labor law requiring suitable seating for workers should apply to them.
