Employment firm named in assault and harassment suit

A gay Armenian office worker named partners and staff members from Los Angeles law firm Tobin Lucks LLP as defendants in his employment lawsuit on Friday.

A gay Armenian office worker sued a Los Angeles employment law firm and several of its employees Friday, claiming they bullied him based on his sexual orientation and national heritage during his 10 years working in the mail room.
