Losing plaintiff in disability suit must pay defendant's attorneys fees, state Supreme Court rules

A wheelchair-bound plaintiff who brought a disabilities access lawsuit against a small grocery store and lost must pay the store's owner attorneys fees, the state Supreme Court ruled Monday in a unanimous decision.

A wheelchair-bound plaintiff who lost a disabilities access lawsuit against a small grocery store must pay the store owner's attorney fees, the state Supreme Court ruled Monday in a unanimous decision.
