An Orange County jury has returned a defense verdict in a personal injury case in which the plaintiff claimed $27.6 million in damages from a 2009 car accident.


According to plaintiff Marilyn Hinman, defendant Kevin Chang was liable for her traumatic brain injury, as well as shoulder, neck and eye problems.
