Walgreen pays $16.57 million to settle waste dumping lawsuit

Walgreen Co. agreed Thursday to pay $16.57 million to settle a case in which 43 counties throughout the state accused the pharmacy chain of illegally dumping hazardous waste.

Walgreen Co. agreed Thursday to pay $16.57 million to settle a case in which 43 counties throughout the state accused the pharmacy chain of illegally dumping hazardous waste.
