Former SF City Attorney retained by embattled Housing Authority

The San Francisco government won't have to defend the Executive Director of the housing agency in court, for now. Instead, high profile private employment lawyer Louise Renne is on the job.

Even though San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee is taking heat this week for the employment discrimination allegations piling up against the San Francisco Housing Authority and its executive director, the city will not have to defend the beleaguered agency in court, at least for now.
