Health plan changes proposed

The Affordable Care Act and related health care reform laws amended the rules that apply to wellness programs offered by employer health plans, increasing the maximum incentive for outcomes-based programs from 20 percent to 30 percent beginning in 2014, with the possibility that the government could increase this limit to 50 percent.
