Wet Seal racial discrimination case gets boost from EEOC

An Equal Employment Opportunity Commission investigation of Wet Seal Inc. unearthed discrimination against an African American employee, attorneys for the worker announced Monday.

An Equal Employment Opportunity Commission investigation of Wet Seal Inc. unearthed discrimination against an African American employee, attorneys for the worker announced Monday.

The determination, released to the parties late last week, said the employee "was subjected to a hostile work environment and the conditions were so intolerable, her only recourse was to resign."
