The partnership of Novak Druce & Quigg and Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz LLP announced last week that their merger discussions will take place ahead of schedule. The firms voted and executed plans Friday for the union to become effective Jan. 1, creating the largest intellectual property boutique in the U.S. The new firm will have more than 140 attorneys nationwide and will go by the name Novak Druce Connolly Bove & Quigg LLP....
