Haynes & Boone gets $8.5 million settlement for client

Irvine-based attorneys at Haynes and Boone LLP scored a huge victory in a trademark and trade dress infringement case over hair products, after their client Mixed Chicks got an $8.5 million settlement from rival Sally Beauty Supply.

Parker scored a huge victory in a trademark and trade dress infringement case over hair products, after their client Mixed Chicks got an $8.5 million settlement from rival Sally Beauty Supply.
