SNR Denton, Salans, Fraser Milner merger approved

The three-way merger between international firms SNR Denton, Salans LLP and Canadian firm Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP won final vote approval Wednesday.

The three-way merger between international firms SNR Denton, Salans LLP and Canadian firm Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP won final vote approval Wednesday to form the seventh largest firm in the world. The union, which was first proposed Nov. 8, will be completed by the first quarter of 2013 and will run under the name Dentons.
