Apple must disclose HTC licensing deal to Samsung, judge orders

SAN JOSE - Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. will get a look at legal adversary Apple Inc.'s licensing agreement with HTC Corp., a San Jose magistrate judge ordered late Wednesday, a document the South Korea-based company's lawyers hopes it can use to block a permanent injunction.
