The U.S. International Trade Commission announced Monday it would review an administrative law judge's ruling in September that cleared Apple Inc. of four alleged patent violations. If the commission finds that Apple's iPod Touch, iPad, and iPhone infringe on Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s patents when it issues a final decision next year, the Cupertino technology giant could face an injunction on sales of its products in the U.S.
