Retired judge, JAMS founder, remembered as 'visionary'

Former Orange County Superior Court Judge H. Warren Knight, an ADR pioneer and the founder of JAMS, a mediation and arbitration services provider, has died. He was 83.

Former Orange County Superior Court Judge H. Warren Knight, an ADR pioneer and the founder of JAMS, a mediation and arbitration services provider, has died. He was 83.


Knight, whose judicial career included six years of service with Orange County Superior Court and two years with Orange County Municipal Court, died Thursday due to complications from lung disease.
