Los Angeles County Superior Court to cut $85 million from fiscal budget
In the latest in a string of local courts cutbacks, Los Angeles County Superior Court announced Wednesday it must slash up to $85 million from its upcoming fiscal budget, a reduction that will include staff cuts and could involve the closure or partial closure of up to 10 courthouses.
